Room prices are in EURO per person and night, including half board – plus local taxes of € 2.20 per person and night.
Single room supplement € 10.00; discount for room with breakfast €7.00;
Discount for children staying in their parents' room:
Children D.O.B. 2015 and after FREE, children 5-10 years old: 20% discount; children 11-14 years old: 50% discount
Local taxes:
Plus local taxes of € 2.20 per person and night, from 01.12.2020 € 2.80 per person and night (no charge for children up to the age of 15)

Pets:
Pets are not permitted in our hotel.
Arrival and Departure:
On the day you are due to arrive, your room is available from 14.00. On the day you are due to depart we would ask that you vacate your room by 09.00. If you will be arriving later than 19.00, please telephone us to let us know.
Short stays and different numbers of people staying:
Short stays and occupancy of rooms with a different number of people will be subject to different prices. In these instances, we will be happy to provide you with a no-obligation offer.
Payment methods:
Settle your bill in cash or with a debit card on the day you are due to depart.
Reservation:
Your booking is only valid upon us receiving written confirmation. Upon conclusion of reservation, Austrian hotel contract conditions apply.
Deposit and cancellation conditions:
Cancellation conditions
- due to the current Corona pandemic no cancellation fees are to be paid in case of non-arrival
- Normal:
- no cancellation fees due up to 4 weeks before arrival
- thereafter, cancellation fees are charged in accordance with the Austrian hotel regulations;
- Terms and conditions as per Österreichischen Hotelvertragsbedingungen.
